ABCF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,040 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD82, PMP22, and MICALL1. Each is linked with ABCF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCF2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCF2 versus CD82 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
