ABCF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,624 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ21, IGHD5-12, and M6PR. Each is linked with ABCF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCF2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ21 grouped by ABCF2-low versus ABCF2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
