ABCF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,505 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNPO3, ZC3HC1, and TTC26. Each is linked with ABCF2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCF2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCF2 versus TNPO3 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
