ABCF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,534 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC4A2, PRXL2C, and PGAP3. Each is linked with ABCF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCF2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCF2 versus SLC4A2 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
