ABCF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 389 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6, TLE7, and OR5AK2. Each is linked with ABCF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCF2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-6 grouped by ABCF2-low versus ABCF2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
