ABCF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,510 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPP40, LSM2, and MYBL2. Each is linked with ABCF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCF1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
