Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABCE1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABCE1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ABCE1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABCE1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where ABCE1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
