ABCE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,622 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAA15, NAA50, and TSR1. Each is linked with ABCE1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCE1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCE1 versus NAA15 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
