Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,582 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA6, JAM2, and GAR1. Each is linked with ABCE1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCE1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCE1 versus ABCA6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
