ABCE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,704 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC7A11, EIF4E, and TRIM36. Each is linked with ABCE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCE1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A11 grouped by ABCE1-low versus ABCE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
