ABCD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,848 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RASAL3, RASSF2, and WAS. Each is linked with ABCD2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCD2 versus RASAL3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
