ABCD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,540 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIOBP, MLC1, and CDKL1. Each is linked with ABCD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCD2 versus TRIOBP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.21.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
