ABCD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,360 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP11A, FCER1A, and BRI3BP. Each is linked with ABCD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCD2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP11A grouped by ABCD2-low versus ABCD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
