Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABCC9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABCC9 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher ABCC9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABCC9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
MESO, UCEC, and ACC are the cancer types where ABCC9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
