ABCC9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,391 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPG2, PRKG1, and THBS3. Each is linked with ABCC9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC9-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC9 versus HSPG2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
