ABCC9

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,203 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLTP, PON3, and TREML1. Each is linked with ABCC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC9-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC9 versus PLTP in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
