The most reproducible ABCC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA5, PSMB5, and CKAP2L. Each is linked with ABCC9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC9-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC9 results are reported.
