Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, eEF2, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with ABCC9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC9-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-1 grouped by ABCC9-low versus ABCC9-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
