ABCC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,064 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNJ11, CACNA2D2, and SGSM1. Each is linked with ABCC8 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC8-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC8 versus KCNJ11 in LGG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
