ABCC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,809 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IL18, DDAH1, and THSD7A. Each is linked with ABCC8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC8-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC8 versus IL18 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
