Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,150 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC6A1, PEA15, and CHADL. Each is linked with ABCC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC8-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC8 versus SLC6A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
