Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC6P2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC6P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP516, RNU6-1318P, and TRAJ53. Each is linked with ABCC6P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC6P2-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC6P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP516 grouped by ABCC6P2-low versus ABCC6P2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC6P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC6P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
