ABCC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,087 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CEP170, JPT1, and LRBA. Each is linked with ABCC6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC6-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC6 versus CEP170 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
