Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,847 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTMAP4, SNU13, and PHF5A. Each is linked with ABCC6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC6-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTMAP4 grouped by ABCC6-low versus ABCC6-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
