Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,738 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFP36L2, ZFR, and OPA1. Each is linked with ABCC5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC5-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC5 versus ZFP36L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
