ABCC5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,631 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, SUPV3L1, and RAD51. Each is linked with ABCC5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC5-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK1 grouped by ABCC5-low versus ABCC5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
