Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,741 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1213P, RNA5SP412, and OR6B1. Each is linked with ABCC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1213P grouped by ABCC4-low versus ABCC4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
