Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 292 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C9orf135, OR13C5, and UCMA. Each is linked with ABCC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C9orf135 grouped by ABCC4-low versus ABCC4-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
