Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABCC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABCC3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher ABCC3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABCC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC show a favorable association.
CHOL and CESC are the cancer types where ABCC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
