ABCC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,527 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANXA4, ABCC3_S911, and ANXA2. Each is linked with ABCC3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCC3 versus ANXA4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
