ABCC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,326 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF9, INTS2, and CHUK. Each is linked with ABCC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF9 grouped by ABCC3-low versus ABCC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
