Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, Src, and VHL. Each is linked with ABCC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC3 results are reported.
