Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,614 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRMS1L, MTMR9, and TBC1D19. Each is linked with ABCC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC3-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC3 results are reported.
