ABCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 85 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, ATM, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with ABCC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCC1-to-partner and partner-to-ABCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by ABCC1-low versus ABCC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
