ABCB7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCB7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,193 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HTATSF1, THOC1, and RPA1. Each is linked with ABCB7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB7-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCB7 versus HTATSF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
