ABCB7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCB7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,982 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, GLT8D2, and GYPC. Each is linked with ABCB7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB7-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCB7 versus CNRIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
