ABCB7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCB7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,146 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ58, MIR3908, and TRAJ42. Each is linked with ABCB7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB7-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ58 grouped by ABCB7-low versus ABCB7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
