ABCB7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCB7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, eIF4E, and eIF4G. Each is linked with ABCB7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB7-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FoxM1 grouped by ABCB7-low versus ABCB7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
