Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCB7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,946 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCB7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, Mitotic spindle elongation, and Negative regulation of maintenance of sister chromatid cohesion. Each is linked with ABCB7 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB7-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery grouped by ABCB7-low versus ABCB7-high in OVARY.
