ABCB7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCB7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM82, C5orf52, and OR1B1. Each is linked with ABCB7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB7-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM82 grouped by ABCB7-low versus ABCB7-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
