ABCB5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCB5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,748 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC35B1, MAN2A2, and EIF1. Each is linked with ABCB5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB5-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC35B1 grouped by ABCB5-low versus ABCB5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
