ABCB5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ABCB5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 212 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX43, INS, and SCYGR4. Each is linked with ABCB5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB5-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TEX43 grouped by ABCB5-low versus ABCB5-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
