Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCB4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,443 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ABCB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SDHB, TCF19, and TMEM126A. Each is linked with ABCB4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SDHB grouped by ABCB4-low versus ABCB4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
