Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCB4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, c-Jun_pS73, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with ABCB4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB4 results are reported.
