The most reproducible ABCB4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of phospholipid translocation, Positive regulation of phospholipid translocation, and Retrograde vesicle-mediated transport, Golgi to endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with ABCB4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCB4-to-partner and partner-to-ABCB4 results are reported.
