Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ABCB10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ABCB10 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher ABCB10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ABCB10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, READ, and UCEC are the cancer types where ABCB10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
