ABCA8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,609 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are AOX1, ABCA9, and ABCA6. Each is linked with ABCA8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA8-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCA8 versus AOX1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
