ABCA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182, and EGFR. Each is linked with ABCA8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA8-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by ABCA8-low versus ABCA8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
