ABCA7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,716 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC66A3, IQUB, and C4orf51. Each is linked with ABCA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA7-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ABCA7 versus SLC66A3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.72.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
