ABCA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ABCA7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ABCA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-E2, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with ABCA7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ABCA7-to-partner and partner-to-ABCA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by ABCA7-low versus ABCA7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ABCA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ABCA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
